  • Paramount has recruited Rodrigo Mazón (pictured) to lead all initiatives, operations, strategy and programming for Paramount+ and Pluto TV in Latin America and Canada. Reporting directly to direct-to-consumer chair Cindy Holland, Mazón has considerable DTC content experience from past roles at Netflix (2015 to 2021) and, more recently, TelevisaUnivision (2021 to 2024).

  • Target veteran Michael Fiddelke will be elevated from COO to CEO at the retail giant, which has been busy strategizing to boost growth. He officially takes the reins in February, succeeding Brian Cornell when he steps down after 11 years at the company. Fiddelke has spent more than two decades at Target, starting out as an intern in 2003 and moving up the ranks in various roles like director of finance and CFO.
