In an effort to reach more families and strengthen its online brand presence, eOne, with support from London’s Bionic Communications, has relaunched its Peppa Pig website and boosted the social media channels of its other core brands.

New interactive content on www.peppapig.com includes Peppa Me, a feature that allows children to create their own Peppa Pig avatar. New promotional offers, applications, newsletters, competitions and brand updates are also now available for registered users.

A dedicated Facebook page has also been launched for Peppa Pig along with Facebook pages and online stores for Ben & Holly’s Little Kingdom and Humf. In addition, Twitter accounts are planned for all three brands and free online advent calendars for Peppa Pig and Ben & Holly’s Little Kingdom will be available on the official websites starting December 1.

eOne says the move to more digital brand integration comes as moms, as well as kids, embrace new technologies such as smartphones and social media platforms.
