  • On the heels of two big hires, YuMe Toys has expanded its partnership with Crunchyroll by adding anime franchises My Hero Academia, Haikyu!! and Oshi No Ko to its licensed collectibles range. New Pocket Hero figures and DZNR plush featuring characters from the three IPs will roll out to retailers worldwide next year, joining existing SKUs for Attack on Titan, Dragon Ball, Jujutsu Kaisen and One Piece.
  • Global Constellation has come on board to manage international sales for Charlie the Wonderdog in regions including the UK, Ireland, France, Hungary, LatAm, Asia (except Mongolia and Vietnam) and Scandinavia. Produced by Canada’s Icon Creative Studio, this CG-animated movie about a nine-year-old boy and his super-powered dog (voiced by actor Owen Wilson) is slated for Q4 2025. Charlie has already secured presales in territories across North America, MENA, Europe, Africa and Asia.
  • Free streamers ITVX and STV Player have scooped up classic British teen drama Byker Grove for their lineups in the UK. Zenith Entertainment’s gritty live-action series about a youth center in Newcastle aired from 1989 to 2006 on BBC One, earning acclaim for tackling tough topics like homophobia, teen pregnancy and abuse. This co-exclusive deal was signed with Mitre Studios, the production banner of Ant & Dec (Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, who played PJ & Duncan on the show), which owns the rights to the series.
