Universal’s box-office hit Wicked and Nick series The Thundermans: Undercover claimed the top prizes at the 2025 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards on Saturday, both taking home three trophies (and plenty of slime). 

The Thundermans: Undercover, a spinoff of the live-action superhero sitcom The Thundermans, won Favorite Kids TV Show, Favorite Kids Male TV Star (Jack Griffo) and Favorite Kids Female TV Star (Kira Kosarin). The series, which premiered in January, focuses on a pair of underage superheroes who have to protect their hometown while keeping their alter egos a secret. 

Other TV winners include live-action Awesomeness series XO, Kitty, which won Favorite Family TV Show, while SpongeBob SquarePants was named Favorite Cartoon. 

Wicked was the biggest film winner at this year’s awards. It won Favorite Movie, Favorite Movie Actress (Ariana Grande) and Favorite Song From A Movie for “Defying Gravity”. 

The slime-filled annual awards ceremony celebrates young fans’ favorites across TV, film and music. Nickelodeon viewers worldwide voted to determine the winners as follows:
