  • Sony has teamed up with Gamefam to deliver a new Karate Kid-branded experience on Roblox, ahead of the May 30 premiere of live-action family feature Karate Kid: Legends in the US and Canada. Launching on May 2, Karate Kid Training Simulator (pictured) teaches players karate moves, and lets them fight other players and complete weekly quests to earn new movie-themed rewards for their Roblox avatar.

  • ToyTopic has inked a new deal with WildBrian CPLG to produce a new range of Peanuts plush toys and accessories in the UK and Ireland. Initial products will roll out to retailers next spring, including plush backpacks, cushions, bracelets, keyrings and a capsule collection of iconic Peanuts characters.

  • Mediawan Kids & Family has started production on its CG-animated fantasy film Twisted and secured new partners in the French market for the project. These include Paramount+ France, France 3 Cinéma and Le Pacte, which have all acquired the film ahead of the Cannes Film Festival. Twisted follows a teenage girl named Angelina, who accidentally unleashes a swarm of mischievous creatures on her town and must team up with a folkloric creature called the Badalisc to restore order.

  • Epsilon Film has joined upcoming CG-animated feature film Dreamers – The Hunt for Shadowclaw as a new co-producer and global sales agent. Slated for a 2028 release, this movie from Parapictures Film Production and Falcon Features follows what the filmmakers call “an unlikely team”—including a failed K9 German shepherd, an Indian runner duck with autism and a brown bear with Down Syndrome—in their quest to save an escaped circus panther named Shadowclaw from getting recaptured in New York City.
