Family entertainment producer and rights management company Coolabi has partnered with Whiteleys Shopping Centre in London to open the first pop-up shop dedicated to children’s characters Bagpuss and Clangers.
The Bagpuss & Co. shop is open until October 30 and allows consumers to see the original Bagpuss and Clangers puppets, meet Bagpuss creator Peter Firmin and shop for exclusive merchandise.
The pop-up merchandise includes plush toys, greeting cards and DVDs.
Proceeds from selected Bagpuss products will go directly to support the charity Asthma UK and proceeds from certain Clangers merchandise will go to supporting Yorkshire Cancer Research.
