After a jump in its share price yesterday, UK entertainment and rights management company Coolabi has confirmed that it has been approached by a third-party suitor for a possible takeover.
The company issued a statement saying that the possible offer may or may not lead to a concrete offer, as discussions are at a very early stage.
The firm, which produces preschool series Poppy Cat, saw its share price rise 18% to 8.88 pence on the London Stock Exchange after confirming the takeover approach.
