UK-based Coolabi has nailed down a number of new licensing deals for its Bagpuss IP.

Pigment Productions has signed to produce a range of Bagpuss photographic greeting cards for a fall 2011 launch while Powerplay Textiles will develop a range of adult nightwear, underwear and socks for release around the same time.

As well, Shreds will produce a range of children’s aprons and bags that will be sold exclusively through Past Times stores.

Things will also heat up in the fall as Intelex looks to expand its range of microwavable plush, including new slippers, slipper boots and neck warmers.

Finally, Coolabi’s illustrated greeting card deal with Museums & Galleries Marketing (MGML) has been extended to include new birthday designs and Christmas cards.

Coolabi reps family-friendly Bagpuss on behalf of Smallfilms and Peter Firmin.
