Common Sense Networks’ OTT platform Sensical is working to accelerate its growth with two new hires—Jeff Skaggs (pictured left) as head of sales and brand partnerships, and Michelle Kim (pictured right) as head of growth marketing.

Skaggs started in December, and is responsible for the monetization of Sensical’s Creator Network across all platforms and devices. He joined the team from BroadbandTV, where he served as head of entertainment and gaming. And previously, Skaggs worked at multi-channel networks Vevo and Fullscreen.

Kim also started this month and will be charged with spearheading customer acquisition. She joins Sensical from Match Group, where she worked for 10 years, most recently as senior marketing manager.

Sensical just launched in June and already features more than 15,000 kid-friendly videos running on roughly 60 topic-based channels. Earlier this month, the platform picked up its first batch of podcasts targeting kids ages two to 10, including shows focused on trivia, storytelling and history. It’s available on iOS/Android devices, as well as Roku, Amazon Fire TV and Apple TV.
