Jacob Escobedo has been named VP of creative design for both Cartoon Network and Adult Swim’s Creative Group.
Escobedo now oversees all print, event and collateral design for Adult Swim, Boomerang and Cartoon Network, on top of all broadcast design for Cartoon and Boomerang and will be based in Atlanta.
Escobedo is a 10-year vet of Cartoon Network and previously served as a marketing and advertising designer in the trade creative group. He transitioned to Adult Swim in 2003 and in 2007 was named creative director for the late-night network, where he managed print design and the on-air look for Adult Swim and its brand identity.
