TurnOut Ventures (TOV), a subsidiary of Turner Entertainment Asia and Outblaze Investments, has named Click Licensing the sole agent for the internet brand Tuzki in Greater China.
Spanning mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau, Click will manage all product and promotional licensing as well as premium and publishing development for the Tuzki property on behalf of TurnOut Ventures. The company is also exploring opportunities to create Tuzki-branded lifestyle products across all categories including consumer electronics, apparel, accessories, sporting goods, home furnishings, gifts and novelties.
The line-drawn rabbit originated as a Chinese emoticon on instant messaging (IM) platforms and has evolved into a recognized character in the region.
