Rainbow has inked a deal with Russian broadcaster CTC for both Winx Club and its newest series PopPixie.

The deal includes four new Winx Club TV movies as well as the 26 x 24-minute season five, both co-produced with Nickelodeon. CTC has previously acquired the first four seasons of the series.

CTC will air the new TV movies this fall followed by a rerun of series three and four. It will also air Winx Club 3D Magical Adventure in January 2012 followed by a rerun of the entire series before airing season five in fall 2012.

CTC also purchased PopPixie, a 52 x 13-minute animated comedy series. It plans to air the series in fall 2011.
