PARIS: Bertrand Mosca, former deputy head of programs at France 3 children’s department and one of the best known French authorities on youth programming, has just been appointed to head the department. He replaces Mireille Chalvon who remains with France 3 and will lead a study to investigate the possibility of launching a new kids channel.
