New York-based Leisure Concepts, a division of 4Kids Entertainment, has signed a deal with Ellipse Licensing, a subsidiary of Europe’s Canal Plus.
Ellipse will represent licensing for some LCI properties in France, Germany and Spain, and LCI will handle licensing for some Ellipse properties in the U.S. and U.K.
Among the Ellipse properties that LCI picks up is Insektors, an animated TV show produced by Canal Plus’s Media Lab.
Ellipse will handle Nintendo game characters on behalf of LCI.
