Blockbuster Entertainment Group (Dallas, Texas, 214-854-3000): Jim Notarnicola to executive VP of marketing and administration. Notarnicola will manage all marketing, human resources and corporate communications. Nigel Travis appointed president, international division.

Buena Vista Internet Services (Burbank, California, 818-623-3200): Jake Winebaum to president. Buena Vista Internet Services is a newly formed division of The Walt Disney Company, encompassing all of the company’s Internet businesses. Winebaum retains his current responsibilities as president of Disney Online. In his new position, he will be responsible for all of the company’s Internet initiatives.

Cartoon Network (Atlanta, Georgia, 404-885-4118): Michelle Allario to VP, marketing. Allario will be responsible for leading the network’s marketing across consumer, animation, advertising and cable trade audiences. Jodi Tull to director, promotions marketing. Tull will be developing and executing on-air and off-channel consumer promotions that support strategic network initiatives. Daryn Pustilnik to manager, trade marketing. Pustilnik will be supporting Cartoon Network’s expansion in the U.S. cable marketplace. Working with Turner Network Sales, Pustilnik will manage all components of affiliate and non-affiliate communications.
