It seems the WWF will be extending its brand into the bedroom. The Stamford, Connecticut-based professional wrestling association has granted a license to prophylactic manufacturer Safeguard to produce a line of WWF-branded condoms. WWF announced the partnership in conjunction with two other agreements, including licensing deals with Jay-Gur (backpacks, sportsbags, totebags, luggage and decorative and functional canteens) and Stanley DeSantis (T-shirts featuring Beavis and Butt-Head with WWF licensed characters and logo). All the product will begin hitting retail in February in the U.S. and Canada, except for Jay-Gur’s backpacks, totebags and luggage, which will be available in Canada only.
