A co-production with France 2, France 3, Canada’s Tooncan, Cymax Productions and RG Prince (Corée, France), the new toon centers around the evil capers of a masked criminal who dwells in the underworld of Paris. Aimed at kids ages eight to 12, Belphegor will be delivered in two 13-ep packages-the first in December and the second in June 2000. The budget for the series is US$6.3 million.
