Cartoon Network EMEA is set to bow a new original comedy  entitled The Heroic Quest of the Valiant Prince Ivandoe across the region later this year.

The series is created by Danish animators Christian Boving-Andersen and Eva Lee-Wallberg, who previously worked on Cartoon Network EMEA hit The Amazing World of Gumball,

Produced in partnership with Copenhagen’s Sun Creature Studio, the 10 x three-minute series follows a young prince whose father gives him a quest to retrieve the Golden Feather of the fearsome Eagle King.

Timed with the show’s linear TV debut, Cartoon Network will release an online interactive game where fans are encouraged to journey with Ivandoe and Bert to unlock new episodes of the show—marking the first time Cartoon Network EMEA has developed and launched a new property in this manner. Cartoon Network’s 2017-18 upfront lineup recently put a spotlight on the net’s ambitious mutliplatform plans, which to date encompass 44 apps that have a combined 150 million downloads worldwide.
