- Crunchyroll has hired former Viacom18 exec Vikas Boni (pictured) to spearhead the anime streamer’s distribution and partnerships in India as a senior director. Boni has more than 15 years of experience in the Indian market working for Viacom (2010 to 2023) and digital marketing agency Stars N Stripes (2023 to 2025).
- Paramount Pictures’ former VP of sales Ross Klein has landed at Sony Pictures as the studio’s new SVP of domestic sales. He will spearhead sales operations and theatrical distribution across North America and reports to distribution president Adam Bergerman. Klein managed theatrical runs for several major kids & family blockbusters while at Paramount, including Sonic the Hedgehog and Transformers.
