Moose Toys has entered into a multi-year global licensing agreement for a new toy line with YouTuber Mark Rober (67.9 million subscribers) and his STEM subscription box company CrunchLabs.
CrunchLabs and Moose will leverage the YouTuber’s NASA and engineering background to co-develop a new range of STEM toys for kids. Expected to roll out to retailers worldwide next summer, these products aim to teach kids problem-solving skills and inspire their creativity.
Best known for his science experiments and glitterbomb pranks on YouTube, Rober’s content has racked up more than 11 billion views since his 2011 debut. And in 2022, he launched CrunchLabs—a monthly subscription box for eight- to 13-year-olds that lets kids learn engineering skills while building their own toys and robots.
Last year, Moose struck a similar deal with YouTube’s biggest star MrBeast (391 million subscribers) that resulted in the Aussie toyco rolling out a wide range of MrBeast Lab action figures and collectibles last July. This toy line quickly took off, and Circana recognized it as last year’s top-performing new toy brand in the market research firm’s 12 tracked territories.
