  • Neopets (pictured) has tapped California-based licensing agency Evolution to move its collectible pet game IP into new product categories. Last year, Neopets hit 400,000 monthly active users and parlayed consumer nostalgia for its 25th anniversary into partnerships with 30 licensees, including Hasbro (Monopoly) and PhatMojo (plush). Evolution’s existing clients include Gaumont, Just Play and Rovio.

  • Bluey is slipping into a new shoe deal with footwear retailer Deichmann, which will launch a line of licensed shoes and accessories in Europe this spring/summer. Product rollouts actually started at the end of March, and the range will eventually encompass sneakers, slippers, backpacks, wallets and luggage in 25 European countries, including the UK, Germany and Spain.
