  • US children’s apparel retailer Carter’s has appointed Douglas Palladini to join its ranks as CEO and president on April 3, 2025. He will take over from interim chief Richard Westenberger, who has been leading the company since former CEO Michael Casey retired in January after 15 years in the role. Carter’s has licensed popular entertainment brands from the Marvel and Disney universes over the years, as well as Bluey, Minecraft and Super Mario. Palladini previously spent nearly 18 years at V.F. Corporation, where he most recently served as global brand president of Vans from 2016 to 2022.
  • Joshua Campbell has been promoted from senior animation producer to director of production at Moonbug Entertainment. Based in London, he will oversee content from development through post-production, with expanded responsibility for managing production budgets, legal agreements and partnerships with talent and studios. Before joining Moonbug, Campbell was a freelance producer at WildBrain, and he also spent two years working as an executive producer for original animation production and development in the APAC region at WarnerMedia.
