  • McDonald’s will serve up Minecraft Movie Happy Meals (pictured) in 100 countries starting on April 1. The promo encompasses 12 collectible toys based on characters from the upcoming film, a limited-edition themed sauce (called Nether Flame), an activity book and a QR code that kids can use to access a digital game. Warner Bros. Pictures is releasing A Minecraft Movie in theaters on April 4.

  • Life360, which makes Bluetooth trackers that helps families keep tabs on each other and their belongings through a proprietary app, has just signed its first license for Hello Kitty. Sanrio’s popular feline will be featured on a limited-edition pair of Tile x Hello Kitty tracking devices—one with a key-ring and the other a slim rectangle designed to fit into wallets. Life360 has roughly 70 million monthly active users in more than 150 countries, and the company says that one in eight smartphone users in the US has downloaded its app.

  • SeaWorld and The Pinkfong Company are diving into a new partnership that will bring Baby Shark into SeaWorld’s aquatic parks this spring/summer. Running from April to September, the experiential campaign will consist of live meet & greets, themed activities and exclusive merch. And Pinkfong is also launching a new two-minute animated music video—featuring Baby Shark visiting SeaWorld and learning how its vets take care of the resident animals—on its YouTube channel and SeaWorld’s socials.
