  • MGA Entertainment subsidiary Little Tikes has signed a new deal with BBC Studios to manufacture and distribute a new line of Bluey toys for preschoolers (pictured). Scheduled to be shipped to retailers worldwide this spring, the four initial SKUs include a ride-on car, splash pad, sandbox and water table, which are all inspired by episodes from the 2D-animated series.

  • Magic Light Pictures has inked a raft of new deals for its tentpole preschool IP The Gruffalo that will launch across the UK throughout Q2 and Q3. New licensees supporting the brand include Carex (handwash) and Character World (babywear and bedding). Existing partners are also planning new tie-ins: Jojo Maman Bébé will expand the brand into wooden toys, and Forestry England will launch new licensed activity trails in 26 forests.

  • The LEGO Group has unveiled two new licensed collabs with Disney and Universal Products & Experiences. The Danish brickmaker is gearing up to roll out a 2,900-piece Beauty and the Beast Castle in April, followed by six new Jurassic World Rebirth sets in June.
