Warner Bros. Discovery’s DC Studios and Warner Bros. Animation have announced three new animated superhero series—My Adventures with Green Lantern, DC Super Powers and Starfire—that are all in the production pipeline.

The plan with this approach is to build affinity for the new DC cinematic universe’s brand among kids and families. And DC Studios co-CEOs James Gunn and Peter Safran have enlisted WBA’s president Sam Register (Teen Titans Go!, Merry Little Batman) to help oversee these projects as executive producer.

My Adventures with Green Lantern follows high-schooler Jessica Cruz (pictured), whose life gets thrown into chaos when a Green Lantern power ring from outer space falls to Earth and chooses her as its champion to defeat an alien threat. This series is helmed by Jake Wyatt and Stephanie Gonzaga, who also produced two seasons of 2D-animated action series My Adventures with Superman (19 x 22 minutes).

DC Super Powers will see the Martian Manhunter train young versions of the Flash, Plastic Man, Aquagirl, Green Lantern, Lightning and Terra at the Alliance School for Heroes. Matt Beans (Robot Chicken, TrollsTopia) is managing this series as executive producer, alongside supervising producer Michael Chang (Young Justice, Teen Titans).

And lastly, Starfire gives the Teen Titans member a new origin story—she uses an ancient spaceship to escape her home planet of Tamaran to explore the vast universe and meet new companions, including Crush the space biker and a magical princess named Amethyst. Josie Campbell (She-Ra and the Princesses of Power) and Brianne Droughard (The Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes) are attached as co-executive producers.
