France’s Parc Spirou Provence has announced that it’s developing a Naruto-themed theme park expansion that will open sometime in 2026.

Located near the Southeastern town of Monteux, Parc Spirou has carved out four acres of land for the build and is collaborating with Mediatoon, Shueisha, Studio Pierrot and TV Tokyo to design its attractions. Early concept art is modeled after Naruto’s home in the Hidden Leaf Village, and features iconic locations from the anime series, such as The Hokage’s residence and Naruto’s favorite ramen stall.

One key attraction in the works is the Family Thrill Launch Coaster, which will span the entire Naruto area of the park, reaching speeds as fast as 46 miles per hour. The expansion will also feature a wide range of Japanese food and beverage options, plus park-exclusive merchandise.

Parc Spirou notes in its release that the Naruto anime series debuted in France in 2002, and French consumers have purchased more than 30 million copies of the manga to date.
