The Toy Association has significantly expanded its real estate footprint with a new lease for a long-term showroom space in the heart of LA’s El Segundo toy district. 

Dubbed “The Toy Building,” this new four-floor facility will offer Toy Association members 65 showrooms for rent, ranging from 475 to 1,920 square feet. But TA president and CEO Greg Ahearn is also planning for the building to provide some much-needed common space for fostering industry networking and collaboration year-round. 

The Toy Building’s rentals will be ready for move-in starting in August, and leases start at three-year terms. This timing is designed to coincide with TA’s 2025 LA Fall Preview event in September, which will feature two weeks of networking opportunities and educational sessions for industry members. 

Toy companies that already have offices in El Segundo include Mattel, Basic Fun!, ZURU and Moose Toys.
