The 2025 Kidscreen Awards shortlist was announced today, and Nickelodeon/Paramount has cornered the most nominations (16), thanks in part to live-action series The Last Airbender (pictured) and the Loud House brand garnering three nods apiece. Disney (13), Sesame Workshop (eight) and Netflix (five) also fared well. 

Spooky/scary content for kids proved popular this year, with shows including Fright Krewe (DreamWorks Animation, Hulu, Peacock), CURSES! (DreamWorks Animation in association with Apple TV+) and Goosebumps (Sony Pictures Television, Disney Branded Television) all picking up nominations.

The Kidscreen Awards program is an annual celebration of children’s content excellence paying tribute to outstanding TV and digital media work that keeps kids and families around the world entertained. It boasts more than 30 categories spanning programming, broadcasting and digital games.

All of the following shortlisted entries are moving on to a final round of judging, and the winners will be announced live at an awards ceremony taking place during Kidscreen Summit 2025 in San Diego (February 9 to 12).
