ITV Studios has announced a new management restructure for its Tetra Media Studio subsidiary following the departures of chairman Jean-François Boyer and CEO Sébastien Borivent in July. ITV Studios France CEO Thierry Lachkar (pictured left) and COO Céline Roux (pictured right)will expand their remits to head up Tetra as president and COO, respectively.
Embracer Group has promoted Asmodee deputy COO Thomas Koegler to run the board game manufacturer as its new CEO. Koegler succeeds Stéphane Carville, who has transitioned into a new role on Asmodee’s board of directors. In addition to positioning the company for growth as it becomes a standalone listed entity, Koegler will also join Embracer’s executive management team. Koegler joined Asmodee in 2015 and has served in positions such as international programs manager, head of strategy and business development and EVP of interactive and entertainment during his tenure.
