- LEGO and Disney are already gearing up for the holidays with a new LEGO building set based on Tim Burton’s 1993 stop-motion film The Nightmare Before Christmas (pictured). Launching on September 6, the product includes three location builds and eight characters.
- Putty maker Crazy Aaron has partnered with WildBrain CPLG to create various scented compounds, slimes and putties for Strawberry Shortcake that will roll out this Q4 online and in US specialty retailers. And next year, the company will start manufacturing ranges based on other characters from the brand.
- Moose Toys has appointed Click Distribution to be its exclusive distributor in the UK. Click will manage and expand the Australia-based toyco’s independent retailer business in the region. Moose’s catalogue of licenses includes Bluey, Magic Mixies and Little Live Pets.
