  • Hasbro Entertainment has hired former eOne execs Milos Ralic (pictured left) and Julian Adege (pictured right) to expand its FAST and AVOD businesses. Ralic will relocate to London and oversee digital partnerships as a senior director, while Adege stays in LA and takes on responsibility for transactional partnerships at a director level. They’re both joining from Lionsgate, which acquired eOne from Hasbro eight months ago for US$375 million.

  • Global head of digital gaming Mike DeLaet announced his departure from Mattel late last week on LinkedIn. He joined the toyco in 2022 and oversaw the launch of titles including Thomas & Friends: Let’s Roll, Hot Wheels Unleashed, Barbie DreamHouse Tycoon and the mobile version of UNO. DeLaet’s exit comes in the wake of Mattel announcing plans to expand its games business this year by self-publishing new titles with third-party developers.

  • Former BBC Studios and SEGA Europe exec Jason Rice has launched a new London-based consulting firm called Peak Licensing Solutions. Services on its menu include connecting brands with best-in-class partners, developing and executing licensing programs, and identifying key markets for product placement.
  • UK-based manufacturer The Noble Collection has hired former LEGO and Warner Bros. licensing exec Glynn Davies as its new commercial director. He’s charged with overseeing the company’s existing wholesale business and hunting for new clients. Noble is best known for making licensed props and collectibles, including Harry Potter wands, Minecraft accessories and Jurassic Park plush.
