Seven Bucks Productions—Dwayne Johnson (The Rock) and Dany Garcia’s film and TV banner—has inked a first-look deal with its longtime entertainment partner, Disney.

This new multi-year agreement gives Disney exclusive access to Seven Bucks’ TV shows and films currently in development, which will serve as possible vehicles for Johnson to star in. The deal also enables Johnson’s studio to collaborate with all of Disney’s entertainment divisions, including TV, film, theme parks and consumer products, according to a release.

Seven Bucks has worked with Disney on multiple projects during the studio’s 12-year history, including the Disney+ series Behind the Attraction, the Stuntman documentary and the 2021 film adaptation of Disney World’s Jungle Cruise ride (pictured). Upcoming projects for the partners include the CG-animated Moana 2 sequel, which is slated to hit theaters later this year, and the live-action remake of the Moana franchise’s first film.

Outside of its partnerships with Disney, Seven Bucks also co-produced three seasons of the comedy series Young Rock with NBCUniversal and teamed with Warner Bros. Discovery on the DC-branded films Black Adam and DC League of Super-Pets, both of which hit theaters in 2022.
