- Disney Branded TV has ordered two new short series based on existing shows for linear and streaming—Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur: Moon Girl’s Lab will launch in June on Disney Channel, and SuperKitties: Su-Purr Adventure is bound for Disney Junior in August. The division has also renewed hit series Big City Greens for a fifth season, as well as greenlighting a 22-minute holiday special called Prep & Landing: The Snowball Protocol. Produced by Disney TVA, this one-off is due out next year and centers around a North Pole mission gone wrong.
- M6 Group’s Gulli (France) and RTVE’s Clan (Spain) have picked up 52 x 11-minute series Froggie (pictured). This 2D toon for ages six and up about a big-city frog who moves to a small town is produced by Finland’s Pikkukala and Banijay-owned Monello Productions in France, with Banijay Kids & Family Distribution managing worldwide sales.
