Paramount Consumer Products & Experiences has partnered with Lion Star Hospitality to build Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando, which will open in 2026.

This new Nick-branded destination for kids and families is located in Kissimmee, Florida and boasts 400 hotel rooms and condo units inspired by iconic Paramount kids franchises such as SpongeBob SquarePants, PAW Patrol, Dora and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Once the doors are open, Lion Star will transition from supporting the build to operating all aspects of the facility.

Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando will also feature a wide range of attractions for kids, including character meet-and-greets, an Aqua Nick water park, a Snick gaming lounge and two restaurants—Mikey’s Pizzeria and SpongeBob’s Le Spatula.

It’s set to be located in a 220-acre Everest Place development complex that also houses Arabian-themed luxury condominiums, a 100,000-square-foot shopping & dining district and a man-made lake. Situated in Orlando’s tourist hub, the location is just minutes away from Walt Disney World.

Paramount and Lion Star now operate more than seven hotels and resorts together around the world, including Nickelodeon Punta Cana (Dominican Republic), Nickelodeon Riviera Maya (Mexico) and Paramount Hotels (Dubai).
