More than 50 life-size Morph sculptures are hitting the streets of London today to raise awareness for UK-based wheelchair charity Whizz-Kidz.

London-based animation studio Aardman and advertising agency Kids Industries partnered with the charity to design the city’s first step-free art trail—a trail that is fully accessible to wheelchair users. Domestic pubcaster Sky, which airs Morph, is sponsoring the event.

Morph’s Epic Art Adventure opens today and runs until June 20. Visitors can use a physical trail map or download the event’s interactive app to find the six-foot tall Morph characters at London’s iconic landmarks, including St Paul’s Cathedral, Tate Modern, the Tower of London and Borough Market.

Once the trail is closed, Kids Industries and Aardman will auction off the 56 sculptures, with the aim of raising more than US$640,000 for Whizz-Kidz. The charity will use those funds to provide wheelchairs and confidence-building programs for kids across the UK.
