Paris-based Cyber Group Studios and LA’s Splash Entertainment have partnered to launch a new production company called CyberSplash, which will produce original animated series and films for kids and families.
The join-venture studio’s debut project is Family Rocks (78 x seven minutes), a co-pro with Paramount Global’s Israeli prodco Ananey Studios that’s set to deliver in 2024. This preschool series is about a family in the Stone Age that’s discovering everything from music, to art, to games for the first time.
Gili Dolev, Ananey’s head of animation development, created the series and is writing the scripts with Cyber alum Jacqueline Moody (Gigantosaurus).
