The latest project in an ongoing collaboration between the partners, this daily podcast aims to bring camp life to kids at home.

Sony Music Entertainment and kids podcast maker Tinkercast are bringing summer camp to kids this year with their new Camp WeWow podcast.

The 35-episode audio series is part of a deal the companies inked in March to co-create new podcast content for young listeners. Camp WeWow is a daily show that covers topics such as sharks, music and magic through experiments, games and craft activities.

Its first episode drops on June 14, with new ones coming out every weekday until the end of July. And on Fridays, kids can call in to share their feedback on that week’s activities.

Tinkercast podcast hosts Mindy Thomas and Guy Raz are headlining Camp WeWow, which will be available on all major audio platforms, including Apple Podcasts, Spotify and Stitcher.

Tinkercast and Sony have already co-produced episodes of Wow in the World and game show Two Whats And A Wow together. Tinkercast’s downloads have climbed steeply during the pandemic, and the company is developing new content to branch out beyond its STEM and science focus, according to co-founder Meredith Halpern-Ranzer.
