The BBC Children’s in-house production team has brought in Tali Walters as its new lead for drama production.
Walters joins the pubcaster on March 14 and will report to Helen Bullough, head of BBC Children’s productions. (Spencer Campbell has been filling this role on an interim basis.)
Walters most recently worked on an unspecified global project for YouTube Originals Kids, and she also spent nine years at Disney, first as an EP for development and production and then transitioning into a director of content and on-screen talent role that saw her create scripted content for LatAm and EMEA.
Earlier in her career, Walters did a stint at MTV, and she was briefly a development producer at BBC Children’s in 2008.
