Break out the sunscreen, Kidscreen Summit is heading back to the Intercontinental in Miami from February 10 to 13. Registration opens today for the annual kids entertainment industry event.
More than 2,000 delegates from 50-plus countries are expected to gather at next year’s event. Passes start at the early-bird rate of US$1,695, and attendees who sign up by October 13 will save US$300. The rate includes full access to all of the Summit’s conference program, including 30 Minutes With… buyer briefing sessions, up to two Speed Pitching meetings with buyers, networking events, entry to KidscreenXchange, daily breakfast and lunch, as well as an invite to the Kidscreen Awards ceremony. After October 13, the rate rises to US$1,995.
Panelists at the 2019 edition of Kidscreen Summit included keynote speaker Neil Pasricha from the Institute for Global Happiness who presented strategies for business leaders interested in creating more positive and productive teams; The NPD Group’s Kathi Chandler-Payatt who provided insights into CP launches for kids SVOD series; and Molly of Denali producer Princess Johnson who opened up about how to showcase Indigenous kids content.
