LA-based Age of Learning is ready to bring a little magic to its digital reading platforms through an expansive deal with Disney Publishing Worldwide. The agreement marks the first time House of Mouse titles will be available on the ReadingIQ digital library, the ABCmouse Early Learning Academy curriculum and the online game Adventure Academy.

The agreement will see more than 150 titles from Disney (including franchises like Frozen, The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Little Mermaid, Moana, Zootopia, Doc McStuffins and Sofia the First), Pixar (including franchises like Toy Story, Cars, The Incredibles, Coco, Finding Nemo and Wall-E), Marvel (including franchises like Avengers, Black Panther, Spider-Man, Iron Man and Guardians of the Galaxy) and Star Wars launch on the Age of Learning platforms.

All of the books in the Disney collection will be organized by reading level to help children, parents and teachers determine which titles are appropriate for different kids’ reading abilities. The collection also includes audio books for pre-readers and developing readers, as well as a number of Spanish-language titles.

Age of Learning launched ReadingIQ in November with more than 1,000 exclusive titles for under-12s. The online reading collection features a variety of formats including picture books, graphic novels, wordless stories, STEM stories, how-to books, biographies, historical fiction and read-to-me titles. Families can subscribe to the complete ReadingIQ library through its website, the Apple App Store or Google Play for US$7.99 per month or US$39.99 per year.
