British children’s channel CITV has recommissioned two series from Banijay Group’s Zodiak Kids Studios: live-action game show Spy School (season two) and weekend comedy sketch show Scrambled! (season six).

Executive produced by Steven Andrew and Joe Shaw, the former follows young spies in training as they undertake problem-solving and physical skill challenges, solving puzzles around some of London’s most iconic landmarks. The second-season commission was made by CITV’s head of digital channels and acquisitions, Paul Mortimer. Commissioner for the series, which was initially greenlit last November, is Gemma John-Lewis.

Scrambled!, meanwhile, has been picked up for a sixth season, and the 52-episode series will return this October airing every Saturday and Sunday until April 2019. CITV has also ordered five 5 x half-hour Scrambled! specials, which will broadcast in a weekday afternoon slot. The new season will feature a weekly art competition segment for CITV viewers, and a new presenter will be revealed in ITV’s The Big Audition. The host, who will replace outgoing presenter London Hughes, will join current hosts Luke Franks, Arielle Free, and Sam Homewood.

Zodiak Kids own the worldwide distribution rights to both shows’ formats and series.
