The second season of Regal Academy from Italian studio and licensor Rainbow is set to premiere on Nick Jr. in the US on November 5 at 1:30 p.m. After its US launch, the new season will roll out on Nickelodeon channels worldwide in 2018.

Created and produced by Rainbow in collaboration with Italian pubcaster Rai Fiction, Regal Academy centers on the grandchildren of famous fairytale heroes and heroines—including protagonist Rose Cinderella—as they attend school in the modern world.

Season two will see Rose and her friends embark on new missions to foil the evil Snow Queen, unravel a mystery behind a new student named Kira and form an alliance with funny pumpkin creatures called PomPoms.

Since launching in Italy on Rai YoYo in May 2016 and premiering in the US on Nickelodeon three months later, the series has sold into more than 120 countries and has racked up more than 80 licenseesincluding North American master toy partner Auldey Toys.

The US launch of the new season follows pickups by Nickelodeon Greece of additional Rainbow hits Maggie & Bianca Fashion Friends and World of Winx.
