French broadcaster TFI has picked the second season of global co-pro Super Wings, which will air on the broadcaster’s children’s slot, TFOU.
Super Wings is a co-production from China’s Alpha Group, Korea’s Funny Flux Entertainment and New York’s Little Airplane Productions. The 52 x 13-minute toon is aimed at three- to six-year-olds, and follows the adventures of a transforming robot-plane that is trying to deliver packages to children across the world.
The series recently secured broadcast deals for both Portugal and German-speaking areas with broadcasters Canal Panda and KiKA, respectively. The show also currently airs on NBCUniversal’s preschool channel, Sprout, in the US.
