Denmark-based Ink Global has sold The Mojicons to global on-demand kids entertainment service Toon Goggles.

The 26 x 11-minute CGI series follows the behind-the-scenes world of the internet and how emoticons spend their days. When a villain steals the @ symbol, all correspondence grinds to a halt and the Mojicons have to go on a quest to restore it.

Singapore-based Bombanbridge recently acquired Asian distribution rights to the series.

Beyond Mojicons, Toon Goggles recently added licensing guru Al Kahn as chairman of the board and partnered with Kidz Safe to cross-market their product lines.
