Shaleen Sangha has joined Toronto, Canada-based Radical Sheep Productions in the newly created role of senior director, development and production.
Sangha will oversee live-action and animation development/production slates at the kids-focused division of Boat Rocker Studios, which produces The Next Step, Fangbone! and The Bagel and Becky Show, among others.
She’ll report to Radical Sheep president Michelle Melanson Cuperus.
Sangha most recently served as director of development at DHX Media, where she worked for the last decade. Her credits include Looped, Supernoobs, Doozers and Make it Pop. In addition to her development role, Sangha is also a writer, director and producer. Her 2014 short Nayan and the Evil Eye traveled the festival circuit and picked up a slew of awards.
