Swedish national public broadcaster SVT has acquired a slate of content from BBC Worldwide that includes 140 episodes of children’s shows.

The kids fare covered in the deal includes The Bagel and Becky Show and Sarah & Duck (pictured).

Aimed at six- to 11-year-olds, The Bagel and Becky Show is produced by Boat Rocker Media-owned prodco Radical Sheep Productions. Based on the book Bagel’s Lucky Hat by author Dave Cooper, the 52 x 11-minute comedy bowed last month on Canada’s Teletoon. (Outside of Canada, BBC Worldwide holds rights to the series across all platforms.)

CBeebies series Sarah & Duck is produced by Karrot Entertainment. The 2D-animated toon follows the adventures of seven-year-old Sarah and her feathered best friend. A live tour based on the series recently kicked off a UK tour.

Additionally, the SVT-BBCWW agreement covers premium dramas like Top of the Lake: China Girl and Paula, as well as more than 80 hours of factual content.
