The Day Henry Met picks up North American presence

NCircle Entertainment has acquired North American DVD and TVOD rights to the preschool series, which is also heading to Delta Airlines' in-flight lineup.

Irish distributor Monster Entertainment is bolstering the global presence for Wiggleywoo’s preschool series The Day Henry Met, following a North American DVD and TVOD rights deal with Texas-based distributor NCircle Entertainment.

The 52 x five-minute series has also partnered with Delta Airlines in the US, where it be available on the airline’s in-flight entertainment system beginning in May. Other global airlines, including Aer Lingus and Cathay Airways, will bow the show in April and May, respectively.

DVD and SVOD rights to the toon were also recently picked up by Swedish SF Studios for all Scandinavian territories. ABC Australia has DVD and SVOD rights for the show down under, and it is currently broadcast by Nickelodeon in 177 territories.

The series follows Henry as he tries to learn more about the world around him.
