Following its US premiere last year, Zodiak Kids preschool series Floogals has sold to a raft of broadcasters in Asia and France.

Zodiak has licensed the series to Thai PBS Kids, Radio Television Hong Kong, MediaCorp in Singapore and Discovery Kids Asia Networks (for a pan-territory deal). Agent I-Intellect has taken broadcast rights for Malaysia and has licensed the property to RTM, while China’s WeKids has also picked up the show.

In Europe, Canal+ preschool channel Piwi+ is on-board for France and global French-speaking territories.

Floogals is already available in Australia, Italy and Gaelic-speaking UK, following a deal last October.

The 52 x 11-minute show mixes CGI and live action to follow Fleeker, Flo and Boomer, aliens on a mission to discover the new world around them, Earth. It aired in the US on Sprout in early 2016, and landed Just Play as master toy partner a few months later.
