Tomy International has been named the North American master toy licensee for PBS KIDS series Nature Cat.

The toy company, which also has deals for Pokémon and Pixar’s Inside Out, will launch a range of Nature Cat plush, figures, play sets and role play in the second half of 2017.

Nature Cat producer Spiffy Pictures had previously signed Komar as the children’s soft goods licensee, and the the two companies will work together for the North American release of branded products.

The Tomy toy deal comes on the heels of PBS Kids renewing Nature Cat for second and third seasons. Additionally, two hour-long specials are in the works for a fall 2017 premiere.

The show debuted last November and has since been viewed by 34 million people on linear TV. It averages 13.5 million streams per month across the PBS KIDS digital platform.
