John Lomas-Bullivant has joined UK publishing company Bloomsbury’s consumer publishing division, where he will serve as intellectual property and brand development director.
In his new role, Lomas-Bullivant will develop Bloomsbury’s transmedia strategy and increase the publisher’s ability to maximize rights portfolios and brand opportunities at the acquisition stage. He will be developing IP and brand strategy across children’s and adult publishing.
Lomas-Bullivant previously worked as a media and brand consultant. He has more than 25 years of media experience working with HIT Entertainment, Pearson, TV-Loonland and Kickback Media.
Earlier this year, Bloomsbury signed a deal with Awesome Media & Entertainment to publish four new titles of the Princess Ponies book series.
